1. Scope
This Policy applies to subscriptions and prepaid usage purchased directly from Yaduka Agrotech Limited through AutoTally.ai. Purchases through a reseller, partner, app store, or other marketplace follow that seller’s refund process unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
2. Trials and free plans
You can cancel a free trial at any time before it converts to a paid plan. If payment details are collected for conversion, the price, billing date, renewal frequency, and cancellation method will be clearly shown before authorisation. Free services and promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
3. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel future renewal from account billing settings or by emailing billing@autotally.ai. Access continues until the current paid period ends. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund time already used.
4. When refunds are available
- Duplicate or incorrect charge: full refund of the duplicate/incorrect amount after verification.
- Unauthorised transaction: investigated promptly and refunded where confirmed, without limiting bank/payment-network rights.
- Material service failure: if a paid core Service remains materially unavailable due to us and we cannot restore it within a reasonable time after notice, a pro-rata refund or service credit for the affected period.
- First paid purchase: for first-time paid subscriptions, you may request a cancellation and full refund within 7 days of initial purchase if the service does not meet your operational needs.
- Legal entitlement: any refund or remedy required under applicable consumer law.
5. Generally non-refundable items
Except where required by law or stated above, refunds are not provided for change of mind after substantial use; unused time after mid-cycle cancellation; inability caused by unsupported Tally versions, customer equipment, internet, third-party services, or failure to meet published requirements; suspension for breach; completed professional/onboarding services; consumed AI usage; or taxes already remitted where not recoverable.
6. AI wallet and credits
Purchased wallet balances remain usable while the account is active (credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or for the duration of an active paid plan, whichever is longer). Consumed usage and promotional credits are non-refundable. On account closure, unused purchased balance will be handled as disclosed at purchase and as required by law. Wallet value is not a bank deposit, stored-value payment instrument, or transferable cash balance.
7. How to request a refund
Email billing@autotally.ai within 14 days of the charge with the account email, workspace, invoice/transaction ID, amount, date, reason, and supporting evidence. Do not send full card or banking credentials. We will acknowledge the request within 24–48 hours and communicate the decision and reasons within 3 business days.
8. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. We initiate them within 5–7 business days; banks and payment providers may take additional time. GST credit notes or invoice adjustments will be issued where applicable. Service credits are not cash and apply only to future invoices.
9. Chargebacks and grievances
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve errors quickly. This does not restrict statutory or payment-network rights.
