Partner terms

The program

The AutoTally Partner Network pays commission on subscriptions attributed to your referral link, code or registered contacts. Capabilities (creator, reseller, accountant) are granted at approval and can be combined.

Rates come from the published rate card in force when commission accrues. The card is versioned; your approval records the version you joined on, and material changes are notified before they apply to future accruals.

Attribution

First reacher wins: the earliest verifiable claim on a business — a delivered contact, a typed code, a tracked visit — earns the attribution, permanently. Claims lapse after 90 days if the business hasn't signed up.

Registered deals take precedence over creator links where both point at the same business.

Accrual and payout

Commission accrues when the customer's payment is collected — not when an invoice is raised. Accrued commission becomes payable once its 60-day clawback window closes. Payouts run monthly for payable commission past ₹2,000; smaller balances carry forward.

Refunds, chargebacks and cancellations within 60 days claw back the matching commission — a partial refund claws back only the matching fraction.

Payouts are made by bank transfer to the payout details on your file (legal name, PAN, bank account). Until they're on file no payout can be made, and your balance carries forward untouched.

TDS and GST are applied per your registration status at payout.

The rules

No self-referral: not your own business, your employees, immediate family, or anything sharing a payment instrument or email domain with you.

Creators must clearly disclose the paid partnership (ASCI guidelines).

Bidding on AutoTally brand keywords in paid search is banned.

A cap applies on renewal commission concentrated from any single reseller's existing customer base.

Gaming attribution — bulk-claiming contacts you have no relationship with, cookie stuffing, or fabricated consent — suspends the account and forfeits unaccrued commission.

Ending it

Either side can end the partnership with 7 days' notice. Accrued, undisputed commission is still paid on the normal cycle.

We can suspend immediately for rule breaches, with reasons in writing.
